Of course! Jukebox Saturday Night offers an extremely thorough Eight-page Reception Questionnaire that includes virtually everything that can occur on that wonderful day. Many brides have mentioned that it was the best organizing tool they received - including those with wedding consultants. JSN also has a Party questionnaire to help with the flow of the event itinerary.
As with all event planning, the sooner the better. Many popular dates will book a year or more in advance.
Yes! Jukebox Saturday Night has only one DJ - Your event is the number one priority. A multiple DJ service may not guarantee who will be working your event. If that is so, it may be time to move on. Remember multiple DJ services may be working many events on the same day and at the same time in different locations - All those events cannot be the number one priority of that company. You are consistantly number one at JSN.
Yes! Many venues are now requiring DJs to carry $1,000,000.00 liability insurance. If your DJ is unable to provide proof of insurance, you may be required to pay the additional cost of an insurance rider. This can be expensive and unexpected additional work for you.
Yes! Often, there is a considerable amount of time and preparation required to make an event successful.
Usually not! Jukebox Saturday Night arrives an hour prior to the event, allowing time for set-up and any necessary changes. Charges may occur if there are unusual circumstances.
Yes! Typically the music selection is based on three factors. After you have received JSN's music list - First and foremost, your input is requested - What you do and don't want to hear. This offers your musical taste to set the tone of the event. Second, your guests' requests are very important and blended in to help develop the energy of the evening. Lastly, Jukebox Saturday Night, requests the license to read the crowd's reactions to the music and play songs that compliment your party.
Yes! Make sure your name is on the CD(s) and identify the songs to be played.
Absolutely! Requests are encouraged from the beginning to the end of your event. Requests are played as quickly as possible.
No. The playing time is continual other than your specific request to break.
Yes please. An event is generally a 6 to 7 hour commitment. A meal would be appreciated.
A signed contract and reservation fee will guarantee the date.
No. JSN accepts checks or cash.
Usually overtime is available. It is offered in 30 or 60 minute increments.
The balance of the contract is due no later than the day of the event. This would include any over-time. Many clients pay in full prior to the event.
I have never missed an event in 25 years. However, I do belong to a large professional Disc Jockey Association who I can rely upon to back me up should I become unable to perform.
